Rules:

- When selecting the couple bundle package, you are permitted you 2 personal licenses upon purchase. These 2 licenses do not permit you or your chosen partner to redistribute, share, resell the packages with anyone else or make these avatars/packages public (Edited or as is). These packages are to be privately used by you and your chosen partner alone.

- If you select the 'Rose only' or 'Thorn only' packages, you are only granted 1 personal license. Same rules as above apply except you may only use the associated files/assets yourself. It can be edited but can only be uploaded to your account as a private model.

- Do not claim ownership of these models in any way, shape or form.

- When purchasing the couple bundle The buyer MUST provide their own Discord/VRChat account as well as their partner's. If purchasing both models for your use only then please put your information in all information slots. When purchasing an individual package (Rose only or Thorn only) you are permitted to only enter your information and write N/A in the other fields. Failure to do so will automatically revoke your license and access to the models without refund.

- I will not offer refunds for these packages. If you run into any issues with the package you can reach out to me on discord.

- The assets that are not made by myself are NOT allowed to be reused unless you have purchased these assets yourself OR if their TOS allows it. Please see the credits for links to these assets and to check for their rules.

- The rest of the assets on this avatar that are handmade by me can only be reused for PRIVATE projects. You do not have commercial rights to these assets unless you have purchased the rights for them through my Gumroad. This also includes any textures drawn from scratch by me.

- This avatar is set up for VRchat. Please contact me first if you would like to use it for a different platform.

- Failure to follow these rules will result in legal action.
